Lemon Cake
Ingredients
3 eggs
1 glass of sugar
1 glass of water milk
1 teacup of oil
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
2.5 cups flour
1 lemon
Beat eggs and sugar well.
The rind of the lemon is grated with a small part of the
grater.
Add milk, lemon zest, oil and vanilla to the egg and mix.
Finally, flour and baking powder are sifted and added to the
dough.
The cake batter is poured into a greased mold and baked in
an oven at 170 degrees for 45 minutes.
You can serve it by sprinkling powdered sugar on the cake.
